This time in our blog we are starting off with an interesting mind game. Something to share and prove how does our subconscious mind actually influences our decision making in our daily life. Please try it out first and we have more fascinating knowledge on mind science coming up.
Okay folks, how was the simple mind game? Did you actually answer what 90% of participants answer when they try out this test? This is a simple example to show how does our subconscious mind actually decides for us in our daily life due to previous stored information in it.
Alright moving on, we are quite certain that many have gained a little info on subconscious mind. Despite it being the largest part of the mind and it has the most control, our subconscious mind also:-
* Supervises the workings of your physical body - your digestion, assimilation, elimination, glandular secretions and more. It directs your heart to beat and your muscles to work. It repairs your body.
*It perceives by intuition. It can read the thoughts of others and communicate with other minds.
*It receives and absorbs suggestions.
* It's the "Google" of the bodymind, a storage or filing system of everything that has taken place in your life. It can be put on "search mode" to find out significant incidents.

Or why are you sometimes anxious? Bashful? Scared to death of some things (like public speaking) and not others? Sometimes absent minded or can't remember certain kinds of things? Or why do you sometimes feel out of step with those around you?

The subconscious is the most powerful part of your mind. So subconscious attitudes and beliefs are critically important. If you are not the way you want to be – and I assume you're not or you would not be reading this now – you need to know your subconscious ideas about things. Once you know them, you can change them. And that's exactly where we are heading now, to CHANGE our negative beliefs and live life the positive way. Our concept here is extremely easy and that's why we even address it as 'CHANGE WITHOUT THINKING'.
